Arena Travel has entered administration and we understand that all Arena Travel brands have been acquired by Leger Shearings Group and that Leger Shearings anticipate the majority of holidays will go ahead as planned.

All Arena Travel clients whose holiday included a flight or for which they had an ATOL Certificate should contact ATOL regarding any monies they paid for a holiday which is not taking place. 

For all other Arena Travel clients that require a refund you need to follow the process set out below:

  1. If you paid by credit card contact your card provider and make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Card Act.
  2. If you paid by debit card contact your card provider and make a claim under the Debit Card Chargeback Scheme. For more information on credit or debit card refunds please click here.
  3. If you did not pay by credit or debit card but you have a personal travel insurance policy or other cancellation insurance policy you need to make a claim under those policies.

If you are not able to make a refund claim through any of the above methods then you can submit a claim for consideration under Arena Travel’s Financial Failure Insurance Policy.

If your booking was made before 17 March 2021 you will need to call 01709 470129 and the Customer Service team will provide you the contact details of the relevant insurer.

If your booking was made on or after 17 March 2021 please contact Evolution Insurance at claims@evo-insurance.com. Evolution Insurance will then acknowledge your email and ask you to confirm a number of details relating to your booking. We will then send you a claim form.
